At Booklet Printing LLC we want to ensure your satisfaction in our booklet printing services for a very selfish reason; we want you to be one of our online printing customers for a very long time. If you are not happy with any of our printing services, please contact us within 5-days of receipt of your order. If we made a mistake, we will reprint your booklets and reship them to you no charge, on an expedited basis.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for customer errors such as misspelling, punctuation, design or color errors in your print brochure. We cannot reprint an order if new files are required.
  • If color is important to you, we recommend that you request a printed proof of your print brochures to ensure a color booklet printing match you are happy with.
  • We cannot be responsible for low-resolution graphic files supplied to our printing company by you. Many times it is difficult to detect a low-resolution file on your screen. If you have time, a full color printing proof is always a good option.
  • We will reprint your booklets if they are damaged in transit. You must notify us immediately upon receipt, and keep the damaged booklets until Fedex can inspect them.
  • Your order will be reviewed by us to try and catch any obvious spelling or file errors. However, we are not responsible for proofing your order. We are merely another set of eyes checking your copy.

This guarantee is limited to the reprint of the original booklets and does not cover any losses or damage incurred by you due to problems with the printing.
